Floating is the calmest move an ocean clip can make. The body rests, the swell lifts it a little and lets it down, and most of the frame is sea and sky. For an AI video that is an advantage: the model keeps the figure steady while the water moves around it, and the long horizon anchors the whole shot.

A rise of a few seconds reads well. A very high climb makes the figure tiny and the details blur, so keep the move short and slow.

Will the person drift out of frame?

When you describe a float, the model tends to keep the body near the centre of the shot. Ask for a drift that stays in frame, not a long voyage.

Is the sea sound included?

Yes, native ambient audio: small waves, wind and distant gulls. No music is added.

Does a dark sea work?

It works, but a bright sea reads more clearly. Deep water with a sharp horizon is fine; murky shadows hide the body.
