The face is lit. A face lost in shadow leaves the clip with no one in it.
The water shows a highlight or a reflection. Pure black water looks like a hole.
One light source, or two that agree. Mixed colors make skin look muddy.
No strangers in the background unless they are adults who agreed.
The photo is sharp at the shoulders. Motion blur there reads as a bad render.
