Why a sea cave is a dramatic set
Inside a sea cave the light comes from one place: the opening. That doorway turns the water into a sheet of blue and silver, and the rock around it falls into shadow, so a figure framed against it reads instantly. The sound does half the work too, with waves that boom and drips that ring off the stone.

Mistakes that swallow the sea cave
The most common failure is a face lost in the dark. The entrance is bright, the rock is black, and the subject becomes a silhouette with no expression. Use the opening as rim light on the hair and shoulders, and light the face with the soft blue reflection from the water. Name both in the prompt.
The second is over-long motion. Waves surge, drips fall and the camera drifts, so the cave shifts from clip to clip. Keep it to one surge, one drip and one camera direction. Ten seconds is usually enough to read a cave.
