Why a river swim makes a glowing clip
A river gives a video moving water that never stops, light that breaks into bright pieces on the surface, and stones or trees to frame the shot. The current does half the work: hair drifts downstream and shoulders rise with each stroke.

- Clear water in the photo. Mud and foam turn into noise in motion.
- A visible current: a ripple or a drifting leaf shows where the water goes.
